Application scope: used for seasoning meat products (adding seasonings to raw meat), cured and preserved meat products (such as salted pork, cured pork, preserved duck, Chinese-style ham, and Chinese sausage—limited to Chinese sausage only), meat-based sausages, and other processed cooked meat products.
